Lately, I have been looking for a way to divide my office from my family room. I need to divide the space but I am not sure I want to hassle of building a wall. Room dividers could be used to define a play area or nursery space if you do not have a dedicated room. Here are some great eco-friendly room divider options I have been looking at. Priced high to low.

If you budget is unlimited, check out the Piasa Room Divider available at Branch is made from FSC-certified beech, pine, or maple woven together with cotton rope. The divider is made to order from 6 feet to 30 feet long. Prices start at $6,040…yikes!

For a less expensive option with lot of color choices, look no further than Armstrong Definitions. These 2 foot wide, 6 foot high panels hang from a ceiling-mounted cable suspension system. There are also optional floor-mounted cables for additional stability and panel clips to join multiple panels together. I love the capiz shell and bamboo panels. Panels start at $550 each.

The Bamboo Screen from Gaiam is affordable, beautiful, and practical. It is made from bamboo with a nontoxic water-based finish. It provides a stylish division of space, but can roll up when not in use. It is 8 feet wide, 6 feet tall and only $269.
